BSA Claims Service is hiring CAT field adjusters to manage Hurricane Ida claims in Louisiana. 70/30 split.
Must have Louisiana Adjusting License and LA CPIC certification.

REMOTE LITIGATION SPECIALIST ADJUSTER II
This key role will analyze and investigate litigated personal lines and homeowner claims for both first- and third-party including property, liability and casualty. Exercising independent judgement to review, investigate, evaluate negotiate toward resolution of litigated claims is required. Position is currently remote.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: BSA Claims Service is hiring remote Litigation Specialists to evaluate legal liability and pursue, negotiate, and resolve litigated insurance claims. The position is responsible for providing professional insurance adjusting services relating to pre-suit mediation, pre-suit appraisal, and litigated claims. Model candidates will possess knowledge of insurance coverage, insurance law, DOI regulations, structural estimates, repair costs, and homeowners’ concepts. Position will directly handle filing of litigation pre-suit adjustment and litigation; pre-suit adjustment and litigation; field task assignments for investigation of third-party liability claims; assignment to strategic litigation-related discovery, metrics and reporting projects as business needs require.

BSA Claims Service is seeking Liability Field Adjusters in the Tampa, Florida area. Requirements: Three years adjusting experience, a Florida Adjuster License and proficiency in Xactimate and Office 365.
